Mr. Settle explains the Quilt Trail project as a cooperative effort between Appalachian RC&D Council and Clinch-Powell RC&D Council. This project originated in Ohio, and the two Tennessee Councils involved encourage participation by other Tennessee RC&D's to spread this culmination of Art, Agriculture and History into a state-wide project.
